CaPhe Sadec® - Roasting We roast all our coffees using
a dry roasting technique which eliminates the use of water in the
cooling process of the beans. In many conventional wet roasters, water is sprayed on the beans to cool the beans after roasting, this adds weight to the beans and washes away essential oils and flavor of the beans. CaPhe Sadec® selects its green bean coffees from the world's best coffee producers, our beans are carefully selected and the roasting process has been perfected for each type of green bean we roast.
